Loose Caboose

The Loose Caboose Coffee House in Monroe, Louisiana as owned and operated by my roommates. I even had a small percentage stake in the coffee house, and help out from time to time. Most of my assistance came in the form of creating cleaned up logos, newspaper ads, fliers, and maintaining the Loose Caboose web site.

Employment Journal

The Employment Journal was a tabloid style newsprint publication for career and employment news in Louisiana. It was originally managed by Erik Pearson the brother of the late Alicia Pearson of Pearson Design. I did mostly the final design and production for several issues until Peason Design closed.

Southern Voices Production Work

This was another project where I worked on the final production. The original book design was by Jennifer Anderson and I was asked to set up the final files for print. There were a couple of special pages using velum and spot colors that required some special production work.

Southern Voices was a publication highlighting a collection of entries into an annual writing competition for the Cedar Creek School in Ruston, Louisiana.

Wild Times

Wild Times was a student project to create a logo and print advertising pieces for a fictional eco-tourism company. The logo originated as inked brushstrokes. The final project called for one logo, three black & white newspaper advertisements, and two four color magazine ads.
